They guys from Star Maps playing LaBrie’s Lounge in Glendale, CA tonight. Challenging shoot because I was shooting without using a flash and it was all hand held. Pretty happy with the results.  Shot with my Nikon D300!

Not proud at all. I don’t make much money and I love free stuff. Especially free camera stuff. So here is the deal. This new website I found is called Lenshero (http://lenshero.com/) and the cool thing is that you plugin what type of camera body you have, then you select what type of lens you want, (like landscape, portrait, sports, macro, wide angle, telephoto, fisheye, tilt shift, low light, etc) and the web site will then provide you with lenses that will fit your camera. One of the cool things is that you can also include your budget (without the snarky grin that you get from the guy working at the camera shop) and it gives you some really good choices.

Am I being used by the man? Am I giving them so nice SEO love? Am I being exploited? Sure… but maybe I’ll win a T-Shirt, and maybe, just maybe I’ll win a lens. How cool would that be?
